2. Homemade Gnocchi in Sorrento style.

Traditional Gnocchi made with potato flour and then topped with tomato and mozzarella, a typical Sorrento style sauce.

3. Traditional ravioli, filled homemade fresh pasta.

Fresh homemade egg pasta filled with pumpkin or spinach and ricotta cheese. Choose the filling according to the season and then prepare a sauce to top the ravioli.

Pizza dough folded like a pocket and then filled with some mozzarella, and ham, fresh tomato sauce and then fried.
